Loan Origination:

  • Three primary services 1) Loan Structuring, 2) Due Diligence and 3) Document Preparation
  • Assistance in the negotiation and structure of terms and conditions of program funding awards approved by the client. 
  • Draft term sheets to be negotiated with the Borrower subject to final approval by the client. 
  • Provide due diligence for each project after the credit review. 
  • Prepare loan or assistance documentation for each transaction that must be reviewed and approved by the client. 

Loan and Program Serving:

  • Monitoring of loan performance and the loan or program reporting necessary for portfolio and program management.
  • Monitor loan quality through information on payment performance.
  • Monitor project progress and review annual financial statements.
  • Monitor compliance with covenants or other terms and conditions set forth in the loan agreements. 

Program Reporting: 

  • Assist program managers by ensuring the programs are effective in meeting their goals including jobs, wages, investments and terms of the assistance.
